Accounts and access
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of account information, activities under their credentials, and any users they authorize under team or enterprise plans.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Team and enterprise plans may also operate under order forms or negotiated commercial terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or when duplicate or erroneous billing is confirmed.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or retire features when needed. We aim to communicate material commercial or platform changes with reasonable notice when practical.
Intellectual property
RBAOS, its branding, and platform materials remain the property of Grezorea or its licensors. Customers retain rights to their own content except where third-party tools or providers impose separate terms.
