We use data to provide the product, secure accounts, process billing, improve reliability, answer support requests, and deliver requested features or integrations.
Data may be processed in managed cloud regions used by our infrastructure providers. Enterprise deployments can be scoped with additional environment or residency requirements when contractually agreed.
RBAOS does not use customer workspace data to train shared models unless a customer explicitly opts in to a clearly labeled program.
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Users can request deletion through support or account workflows when available.
We apply access controls, encrypted transport, provider security controls, logging, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.
