Refund/Cancellation Policy

Overview

At RB AOS, we strive to provide exceptional service. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and how cancellations are handled for our various service tiers and custom outsourcing solutions.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your RB AOS subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation request is processed.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. However, exceptions may be made in cases of technical failure on our part that prevents service usage, or accidental double-billing.

Custom Service Engagements

For specialized outsourcing solutions and contractual service scopes, cancellation terms and refund eligibility are governed by the specific service agreement signed by both parties. These typically involve milestone-based payments and specific notice periods for termination.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
